Members can freeze the account. You have a choice of two options. Option #1 is 100% free for up to 2 months. Option #2, a $5 monthly fee for unlimited months, both will prevent you from paying a reinstatement fee 1) .
Member can revoke authorization by personally signing a Credit/Debit Card Termination Form from salon.
Billed on the 28th of each month for the next months benefits
1)
if you plan on terminating your account for less than 2 months, you can avoid a reinstatement fee by freezing your account at no charge. To avoid a reinstatement fee, late payment must be paid in full before next billing date.
