Matrix offers a wide range of hair care, hair color and hair texturizing products including: the products Biolage and Total Results. We are so confident with the performance of Matrix products you’ll find in our salons, that we offer consumers a money-back guarantee.
If within 4 weeks of the date of purchase you have been exclusively using a Matrix product and you are not satisfied with the performance, please follow the instructions below and we will provide you with a full refund:
1. Send via ground shipment and postmarked within 4 weeks from date of purchase, the unused portion in its original package along with the original receipts with your purchase price and authorized salon/spa information circled to:

2. To ensure a full refund, you MUST have purchased the product from an authorized salon/spa. Matrix can only guarantee the performance of our products when purchased through an authorized salon/spa or authorized salon related website.
If you have purchased any of our products from the following, we can not guarantee that the products are within our standards and therefore will not be able to provide you with a refund.

Brazilian Blowout does not, under any circumstances, return or exchange purchased product.
Salon appliances unopened, may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, the date of delivery will be determined as the date of purchase.
Holiday Gift Returns : Any item purchased between October 1st and December 23th can be returned until January 14th, or as the policy allows (whichever is later). Receipts must have HOLIDAY STAMP.
Web Purchases: may be returned/exchanged in accordance with this policy in salon or by contacting 507-377-3602.
Non-Refundable: Special Order/Custom items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt. Pre-Paid Cards such as Gift Cards are non-refundable, and cannot be returned or used to purchase other gift cards. Special terms and conditions are included with each card.
Services : Services can be canceled for a full refund within 3 days of the original purchase date with the original sales receipt (as defined above) Services includes any in-store or off-site service that can be purchased at the salon or via website, currently www.marylsalon.com
excludes: special occasion agreements, tanning, red light, spray tan, body jewelry, and unsealed ear pierce packages, which provide their own policies before purchase.
Buy Online Pickup in Salon Orders : Returns and exchanges for buy online pick up in salon orders must be completed at the salon.
