• Special Event appointments will not be held without a $25 Booking Service-Event and the Off-site service if it applies.This Service is transferable, but forfeited if client no shows/ or cancels without following the Salon Policy-Refunds.
• A deposit on the estimated total services or supplies may be required.
• Event may be canceled without penalties within one week (7 days) and receive a full Deposit refund minus honored services and supplies.
• Event balances must be paid in full 7 days before event, unless other arrangements were agreed (written agreement).
• Substituting clients are accepted, at least seven (7) days of event or if stylist is in agreement. We will do our best to accommodate the new client. All substitute services or supplies must be paid in advance before service and may only use the allotted time remaining, which may make the service less desirable with short notice, although, we are a qualified and experienced team and can usually pull off most styles to make our clients beautiful for their special events. Substitute clients will not effect or alter event's planned schedule or salon's other scheduled events.

Includes verbal discussion of what will be performed, and instruction of how the stylist will want the client's hair the day of the event (freshly washed/blown dry/curly, etc), set up the performance of one style of what the client and stylist find best fit for the look of the event day. If the client chooses to wear a veil and/or accessories in her hair, they will be placed within the style the day of the trial so the client can see the final outcome of what the event day hair will look like. If the client chooses two or more different styles to see performed at her scheduled trial, an add on Extra Service of $25 per style will be added. Extra time must be specified when the appointment is made, so enough time can be blocked off.

1. A trial run within thirty days of the event is recommended for a bride. unless the preforming stylist advises differently. I have designed and styled many brides without trials or even seeing their hair prior to event. What really makes the event successful is sending a picture or two of what you desire along with a picture of yourself, at least a few days ahead.
2. If a “package” is chosen, it must be purchased to prebook appointments.
3. If the event includes attendants, the wedding planner may choose a package or choose tp pay partial wedding services. It is up to the wedding planner to make attendants aware of the brides's wishes, if attendants and family are to choose their own services, they should be made aware that if they do choose to purchases services at same location, they need to reserve their time frames as well. No spots are held without following the same policy.
4. One style needs to be chosen, but several picture ideas can be emailed to salon. If client or stylist is questioning the style, a trial may be necessary and recommended, but is not required.
5. Weddings book typically 6 months to a year in advance, but we have taken styles as quickly as same day, if we happen to have the time available.

IT APPLIES TO ALL SPECIAL EVENTS…

1. that clients can purchase a trial run to be performed prior to the signing of the contract to ensure satisfaction. Discounts and packages applies when paid prior or same day as trial.
2. if the time line exceeds the quoted agreement time line on the client’s behalf, an hourly rate will apply, but keep in mind, other potential events may be scheduled that day.
3. if the client is late for the start time on the agreement, we will do our best in the time remaining to complete all the services scheduled. If time runs out before the services are completed, the full amount will still be charged, and if time is available, an hourly rate will apply.
4. The client MUST come with clean, dry hair, unless instructed otherwise. If your time allotted was 60 minutes and it took 20 to completely dry and prep your hair for updo, the time remaining might not complete your style. We will have to stop and move on to the next scheduled attendant.
